This newsletter is a quick reminder that the individual tuition sessions conducted by Youngster.Co have been extended until 18th April. With a bit of luck the Innovation Centre may be able to get funding to extend the program.
I have added a complete page to the website called Youngster.Co explaining what the program is about and with a link to the booking form.
They are in the process of changing their internal systems so there are currently a few hiccups in making a booking. As an interim measure (the next week or two) please contact Ian Scott via email ian.f.scott@bigpond.com or 0409 766 698 (preferably text message) to book a session.
I will need the following information:
- Your full name
- Preferred date 28/3, 4/4, 11/4 or 18/4
- Preferred time 9:00am, 9:30am, 10:00am, 10:30am
- Your phone number and email address
- Your home address
I will then fill in the booking form for you and you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking.
Hopefully these issue are sorted in the next week or two.
A brief explanation of the need for changes:
Youngster.Co business model has proved so successful it is being rolled out across the entire country. They need a booking system that will work anywhere. Your address is used to find the closest venue to you. At present in Coffs there is only Cavanbah Centre (our club!) but that could change. So they need a booking system that will work everywhere. Once the bugs are sorted I will add a brief set of instructions on the Youngster.Co page. In the interim, please contact me.
Passing on Information and News:
If you want to know what is happening in the club at any time, your first port of call is our website. Please have a look around as things will change regularly. If you cannot find anything that you think should be on the website, let me know preferably via email (If you tell me something I will promptly forget it!). I am always looking for suggestions.
It’s your club so the more feedback the committee gets from you, the members, the better we can respond.
Remember the AGM is on the 4th April. It would be great to see a bunch of fresh faces nominate for comittee.
